I won this book through Goodreads Giveaways Story was strong with a lot of backstory Main characters had faults they had to work through to get back together Can a couple that was destroyed by one s personal demons make things work when they try a second time Or are they doomed to strike out again

I think I m going to have to avoid Quinn s work in future There seems to be very little actual romance and instead features extremely dysfunctional families, deep psychological issues trauma and lots of family abuse violence. Not an enjoyable read.
